In algebraic expressions, such as used in modules 2.41, 3.21, 4.11 and 4.12,
it was not possible, until now, to enter negative constants, e.g. the expression
``-1.5*exp(-0.222*volau)
''
would result in a syntax error. The usual way out was to recode the expression
using explicit subtraction, e.g.
``0-1.5*exp(0-0.222*volau)
''.
This bug has been eliminated in Release 2.0, negative constants are now accepted in
all algebraic expression. However, note that it is still not possible to
use "-
" as unary negation operator, as in the expression
``exp(-x0)
''.
The first release of module 6.23, "Compare Transit Volumes", was suffering from two independent bugs. First, for networks having more than a certain number of links (to be specific, more than 2668 links for 400 zone systems), it would display erroneous results. Second, it was not possible to select a subset of transit lines using modes. Both bug have been fixed in early September and updates have been sent to user's that have reported the problems.
In module 6.12, "Plot Auto Volumes and Times", it was not possible to display the presence of links that have volumes outside the threshold range. A question, "Plot auto network?", has been added, similar to modules 2.24, 2.15, 3.13, 6.13, 6.22 and 6.23. If the user answers "yes", auto links that have volumes outside the threshold are displayed by a simple black dotted arrow.
On certain systems a graphic module would bomb when, within one single
invocation, more than 10 windows were created using the graphic command "w
".
The problem was due to a faulty dimension in the stack holding the previous
windows for backing up using the "^
" window subcommand.
This bug has been fixed now.
